Can I be present at the inspection?
You are welcome if you want to be present but it is not mandatory. If you want to have any discussion, it could be done once the inspection process has been completed as we would prefer not to have any interference during our inspection process to minimise the chance of missing out the defect. If you want to discuss anything in particular after reading our report, we are happy discuss with you at mutual convenience.
